32kg tgu is now a simple task, feels good

so
here is the challenge

stop what you are doing now

and take on the following protocol

mon-swings, 10 minutes of swings, with the heaviest bell you can swing or have access to, follow up with joint mobility or Z-health, Intu flow etc

tues-Viking Warrior Strength Practice, follow up with joint mobility or Z-health, Intu flow etc

wed-tgu, the hardstyle RKC get up, with a moderate weight, 12-16kg, 10-20 minutes, do not count reps, just count quality, follow up with joint mobility or Z-health, Intu flow etc

thur-see tues

fri-Viking Warrior Conditioning, follow up with joint mobility or Z-health, Intu flow etc

saturday-active rest day, nothing but movement, good, high quality movement and recovery
sunday-see saturday

do this for 30 days
then call me with your new prs
